Church Events
Our Pastoral Team and community often plan events for our parishioners, friends and guests. Once the pandemic is behind us and we can return to normal activities, we will resume planning these opportunities to spend time together.
Parish Events
We are truly grateful for the submissions that we received from our December 2021 in-person gathering. Following last week’s bulletin announcement regarding the modification of how and where we meet; our Synodal Delegate Team reflected together this week and agreed to prepare a simple way so that we continue our journey together to listen to God’s Word and reflect and share in small groups from the comfort and safety of our homes. We continue to invite as many parishioners as possible to participate in the process as the domestic church in small family groups, friends, other committees, and ministry groups including youth from our parish of Saint Francis and Saint Clare.
This Weekend at the end of Mass our delegates will be present to hand out copies of the easy to follow “Synod Session Participant Guide” for your small group. Anyone who is unable to attend this weekend’s Masses are asked to contact our Parish office by phone 902.454.8221 or email so that you can have an electronic copy forwarded to you to print out for your small group. An easy one-page submission form will be provided, and we ask that your group responses be dropped off at any the weekend Masses by Sunday Jan. 30th, 2022. .
